CCR CONTINUING EDUCATION CEU REQUEST FORM

The KyCRA Voluntary Certification Committee has developed CCR Continuing Education CEU Request Forms. 

One particular form should be used if you would like to apply for CEUs through KyCRA for attending workshops or other training that is not sponsored by NCRA or KyCRA and for which you will not be applying to NCRA for CEUs.
